  1. Once photos are approved, your auction specialist will schedule a time to have us pick up your item(s) or estate contents.

How Monthly Auctions Are Run

Our monthly online auctions start on a Wednesday and run for one week and close the following Wednesday.

Once all of the items are photographed and cataloged we upload the online auction to Hi-Bid, where bidders all across North America can have access to the sale. We advertise the sale on our website, social media pages, and use our email list to send out an email to our strong email clientele which includes dealers/ collectors.

Who We Invite

We invite the public into our auction center for an in-person preview of our auction, during the week of the auction, so that they can see what it is that they are bidding on.

What We Provide

We provide you an “unofficial consignment list” which will outline all of the item(s) that you brought in for consignment, with titles, and descriptions so that you can follow your items during the sale.

What Happens Once The Sales Closes

We offer in-person pick-up on Thursday and Friday of the week the sale closes. In addition, we offer to ship and package all of the items in house and ship them off to bidders all over the world.

Within 12 business days of the sale closing, we are able to process a cheque or send an e-transfer for your items. We also include an itemized list of all your contents that sold in the sale, what they sold for, and a breakdown of commission, as well as any trucking or dump fees (if applicable).

Power of Attorney (POA)

If you are acting as a Power of Attorney (POA), we can issue the cheque to “The Estate of..”, or we can write the cheque to more than one person, please let us know.

Cheques can either be picked up at our office, we can send you an e-transfer, or we can mail your cheque to you (if your cheque is over $1,000.00 we send it through registered mail).
